The first round of nominees for this year's CMT Awards have been announced and Taylor was nominated for three: Video of the Year for "You Belong With Me," Female Video of the Year for "You Belong With Me," and Collaboration Video of the Year for "Best Days of Your Life." The entire show is fan-voted so be sure to go and vote for Taylor so she can be a final nominee!
