I apologize for the lack of updates. Between all the last minute projects and final week, I haven't had time to do much. So let's catch up, shall we?
Taylor attended the AMA Awards a couple weeks ago, performing a beautiful mesh-up of "Back to December" and One Republic's "Apologize." She also won Female Country Artist, making it the third year in a row she has won it. If you missed the performance check it out below.
Taylor was also on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno on November 23. She talked about award shows, her apartment, and the new album. Missed it, watch it here. Taylor also appeared on Chealsea Lately, and you can watch that here.
Also, the tour dates for the Speak Now World Tour were announced, too. If you wanna know if Taylor's coming close to you, check out the dates by clicking here.
In other news, Speak Now has been certified triple platinum!

Hey guys. Long time, right? Well, I've been trying to keep myself in the dark for the new album so it'll be a complete new surprise, and since the album is only SEVEN DAYS away, I figured I'd catch up on everything this week.
So, thanks to the iTunes countdown to the album, two songs have already been previously released. "Speak Now" and "Back to December." At midnight tonight, iTunes will release it's final countdown song, "Mean."
Yahoo! has posted an amazing article reviewing the album and providing great descriptions for the songs on the album! It left me speechless and wanting the album even more than I already did.
Whatever the reactions to Taylor Swift's third full-length album, Speak Now, might be, there are two critics whose responses we can easily pin down in advance.
Taylor Lautner is going to love it.
John Mayer? Not so much.
The hotly anticipated album, which comes out Oct. 25, has been held tightly under wraps until now, with only a handful of songs made available for advance listening even to journalists who have been doing interviews with Swift. Now that her label is finally starting to play the album for select critics, it's easy to fathom why its contents have been closely guarded, all fears of leakage aside. Some of the lyrics are startlingly candid, even by the standards of Taylor "Naming Names, Taking No Prisoners" Swift. Read More.
The NSAI has named Taylor Songwriter/Artist of the Year for the third time in four years!
"Ever since I can remember, my favorite thing in the world has been a good story," Taylor told the crowd of music row executives, songwriters and publishers. "I loved books, and then poetry, and then I discovered a town where they told cool stories in magical ways, and that was Nashville. Thank you for being wonderful to me. I'm enjoying telling my stories." (source)
Also, the Hub TV Network is debuting a special on Taylor and the Fearless Tour called "Taylor Swift Journey to Fearless." Check out a commercial for it below!

Taylor has also been nominated for three American Country Awards (which if you haven't heard is Fox's new Country Award show). She's up for Female Artist of the Year, Touring Artist of the Year, and Artist of the Year. The show airs December 6 at 8:00 pm est. Also, go vote!!! You can vote daily!
